When Original Emitters Are Expensive, Delayed, or Discontinued

We manufacture direct equivalents with high-purity quartz and high-temperature tungsten coils to ensure full thermal parity with OEM equipment.

  • Short-wave, fast-response medium-wave, and carbon fiber emitters
  • Single-tube (Ø10mm, Ø12mm) and twin-tube (23×11mm, 33×15mm) profiles
  • Chemically bonded nano-gold or high-temperature white ceramic reflectors
  • Custom steatite ceramic ends, SK15 bases, faston tabs, and Teflon lead wires
  • Zoned filament coils (Type G) to prevent sheet edge curl in printing dryers
  • Rigid export packaging ensuring zero breakage during international transit

Specifications must be confirmed against the physical lamp markings, equipment wiring diagram, or installed cassette before production.

Technical Fit Goes Beyond Voltage & Wattage

An emitter with correct electrical wattage can fail to seat or damage your equipment if cross-section profiles, thermal zones, or lead wire orientations differ.

Overall & Heated Length Total tip-to-tip mechanical length, active coil zone, and cold ends.
Quartz Cross-Section Single tube (10-12mm), standard twin tube (23×11mm), or heavy-duty (33×15mm).
Reflector Layer Nano-gold layer (90%+ forward reflection) or diffuse white ceramic backing.
Internal Circuit Type Single-ended loop (Type B), double-ended series (Type D), or zoned (Type G).
End Terminations Steatite ceramic blocks, SK15 bases, high-temperature wire leads, or spade terminals.
Operating Position Filament support design tailored specifically for horizontal or vertical burning.

Procurement FAQ

Ordering Replacement Infrared Heating Lamps

Can you identify a replacement lamp using only photographs?

Yes. Clear photos showing the complete lamp, both ceramic end caps, reflector orientation, and printed markings along with overall length allow our engineers to identify the correct replacement model.

Is an original OEM part number sufficient to quote?

In most cases, yes. Known OEM part numbers (e.g., F7.170.0771.01 or Heraeus 09751781) link directly to our engineering archive. We recommend confirming overall length to account for any machine modifications.

Can you manufacture replacements from an old lamp sample?

Yes. If documentation is unavailable, sending a spent physical sample allows us to reverse-engineer quartz tube dimensions, filament resistance, ceramic cap geometry, and lead wire terminations.

How are fragile quartz lamps packaged for export air freight?

Every lamp is cushioned in thick EPE pearl cotton sleeves, sealed inside rigid cardboard protective tubes, and packed into reinforced wooden crates to guarantee zero-breakage international delivery.
