Standard & Specialized Infrared Lamp Families
Select the wavelength and mechanical profile that matches your equipment clearances and process thermal absorption.
Short-Wave IR Lamps
Quartz halogen emitters delivering maximum radiation density with instantaneous on/off response for high-speed machinery.
- 1–2 second rapid thermal ramp-up
- 24K gold or white ceramic reflector coatings
- Direct fit for PET bottle blowing ovens
Medium-Wave IR Lamps
Optimized for materials that absorb longer wavelengths effectively without surface overheating or burning.
- High absorption in plastics, lacquers, and water
- Gentle, uniform bulk heating across conveyor lines
- Single-tube and twin-tube configurations
Fast-Response Medium Wave
Combines the deep penetration of medium-wave heat with fast switching times for stop-and-go automated lines.
- Switches on/off within seconds to prevent scorching
- Protects products during line stoppages
- Available with directional gold reflection
Carbon Fiber IR Lamps
Utilizes woven carbon filaments that match the absorption bands of water, textiles, and organic chemical binders.
- Low glare with high thermal radiation efficiency
- Faster response than standard tungsten medium-wave
- Straight, circular, and 3D geometries
Twin-Tube IR Lamps
Dual-channel quartz tube structure offering high mechanical rigidity to eliminate sagging over long industrial spans.
- Standard 11×23mm & heavy-duty 15×33mm formats
- Custom heating lengths manufactured up to 3000mm
- Single-end or double-end cable leads
Special-Shaped IR Lamps
Curved, round, U-shaped, and contour-matching emitters engineered for non-planar heating zones and tight cavities.
- Custom bending to follow workpiece contours
- Halogen and carbon filament options
- Single-piece prototyping from technical drawings

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I choose between short-wave, medium-wave, and carbon IR lamps?
Choose short-wave for fast-cycle processes and high temperatures (PET blowing, fast drying tunnels). Choose carbon or medium-wave when drying water-based inks, paints, textiles, and plastics, as organic compounds absorb longer wavelengths much more efficiently.
Can you manufacture a replacement lamp from an old sample or photo?
Yes. Send photos showing the whole tube, ceramic terminals, and machine nameplate. For discontinued or unmarked lamps, you can mail us a physical sample for dimensional and optical replication.
Can you customize the reflector and electrical wiring for zoned control?
Yes. We provide 24K gold and white ceramic reflectors, split filament coils for independently controlled heating zones, and tailored wire harness lengths to match your machine cabinet directly.
Can I order 1 or 2 pieces for prototype verification before volume orders?
Yes. We support trial sampling from 1 piece so you can test mechanical mounting, electrical resistance, and thermal performance on your machine before committing to larger orders.
How do you guarantee safe delivery for long fragile quartz lamps?
Lamps are secured in tailored high-density EPE foam sleeves, encased in rigid inner cylinders, and shipped in reinforced export wooden crates. We provide a 100% replacement guarantee in the rare event of transit breakage.
